Running a self-sufficient production team for a US pharma marketing agency

A US-based HCP-focused marketing agency engaged us to operate a dedicated digital-production unit. We ran it for eight years. Built a self-sufficient multifunctional team — design, development, QA, project management, analytics, marketing — that integrated with the client's sixty-person organization while staying fully autonomous. Delivered 300+ websites and microsites, 1,300 emails and 1,000 banner sets, all through MLR. Built an internal Pharma Site Builder platform with template-based site builder, auto-deployment pipelines, MLR screenshot engine and CI/CD — cutting production costs by 25–30% and delivery time by ~30%. Operating a Ukrainian NGO through war

Took full ownership of a Ukrainian NGO's operations. Set up internal processes, managed active grant programs and new applications, coordinated accounting and legal offices. Ran humanitarian logistics across Europe with full responsibility for cross-border documentation. Managed partnerships with aid-providing companies. Oversaw IT infrastructure and education centers. Baryvo (legally dqpt LLC, Delaware) is a US-incorporated operating partner with a core team of three principals and twenty-five engineers and specialists across our internal product teams and embedded client placements. We operate from Barcelona on a US schedule. Senior consultants lead every engagement; the team that follows the discovery is the team that delivers.

Engagements typically start focused — a discovery contract, a specific operational problem, sometimes a single team to build — and grow with trust. We've run a dedicated production unit inside a US pharma marketing agency for eight years. We've taken NGO operations from disorganized to running humanitarian logistics across borders. The pattern is consistent: we enter, we take ownership, we expand into the adjacent problems that no one else was solving.
