Find, onboard and manage the right specialists.
When the work is clear and the bottleneck is hands, we find, onboard and manage the right specialists for the job — drawn from a network built over years of delivery. Developers, AI/ML engineers, DevOps, data engineers, domain experts in pharma, aerospace and hardware. We assemble the team, set up how it works, and manage it to results. Currently fifteen specialists placed across active engagements.
What this service covers.
Expert Sourcing at Baryvo is structured to remove the failure modes of typical contractor placements: thin vetting, no escalation path, single-point-of-failure if the placed person leaves, and the friction of running per-person contracts. We vet, we back, we cover, we contract as one entity — and we keep the same quality bar across placements as we apply to our internal engineering.
Beyond individual placements, the practice extends to team building: assembling a multi-role team for a defined operating need, setting up how it works (process, tooling, reporting), and managing it to results. This is the model we used to build the self-sufficient production unit for an eight-year pharma marketing engagement — design, development, QA, project management, analytics, marketing, all under one operating discipline.
- 01Senior software engineers — frontend, backend, fullstack
- 02ML engineers, data engineers, DevOps and infrastructure
- 03Domain experts — pharma marketing, aerospace, hardware, regulated environments
- 04Multi-role team building for defined operating needs
- 05Engineering leadership for bridge placements — interim tech leads, staff engineers
- 06Specialized roles selected case-by-case from our extended network
What clients gain.
The benefit of expert sourcing through Baryvo rather than direct contracting is the back-end. Every placed person sits inside a team that knows the work, can cover when someone is sick or leaves, and applies a quality bar above what individual contracting markets enforce. The contracting overhead — one contract regardless of headcount — disappears compared to managing five individual SOWs.
A recurring situation: a product company has cleared a runway of engineering work for the next two quarters but cannot wait six months to make full-time hires. The alternative — hiring contractors directly through marketplaces — produces three months of vetting, onboarding and quality variance before useful work begins. Embedded specialists through Baryvo start producing in week two.
- AVetted candidates only — no marketplace volume placements
- BBacked by Baryvo's internal team for escalation and coverage
- CTransparent monthly rate, no markup games on hourly billing
- DMinimum six-month placements — the math works for both sides
- EMulti-role team builds available as a single engagement
- FQuality bar identical to our internal product teams
How we work.
Sourcing engagements proceed in four phases. The first two are selection; the third and fourth are steady-state placement.
Role and team specification
A senior consultant works with the client engineering lead to write the role spec — not just titles, but the team they'll embed into, the actual ticket load, the tooling, and the success criteria for the first ninety days. For multi-role team builds, the full operating model is specified upfront.
Shortlist & interview
We present a vetted shortlist, typically three candidates per role. Client interviews focus on team fit; technical bar is already established by our vetting. Decision usually within one to two weeks.
Trial month
The first month is structured as a probationary period, with a check-in at week three. If fit is wrong, we replace; the cost of replacement is on us, not on the client.
Steady-state placement
Continuous embedding into the client team or operation of the multi-role team. Weekly check-in between Baryvo and the client engineering lead. Quarterly reviews against original success criteria.
Who this is for.
Best fit
This service is best suited to:
- Product companies needing senior engineers but unable to wait six months to hire
- Pharma marketing teams needing MLR-aware content engineers periodically
- Aerospace and hardware programs needing temporary specialist depth
- Companies needing a multi-role team built and managed as one engagement
- Scaling teams between Series A and Series B with cleared roadmap and missing hands
Discuss a sourcing engagement.
Most sourcing conversations start with a written brief — the roles or team you need, the operating context they would embed into, and the timeline. A senior consultant responds within one business day with role specs and an indicative shortlist plan.
